How to fix architrave when plaster is proud of the door frame ...

Looking for a little advice. We recently had the bedroom walls skimmed and because of that the plaster is about 3 to 4mm proud of the door frame in places. So If I offer up the architrave and keep it flat against the wall there is a similar gap between the edge of the architrave and the door frame.

Put some blue tape on the wall to protect it and cut away. Takes about 2-3 minutes and you are flush. The door jamb might need another fix.
